Wes has over 14 years of experience in the field of Project Controls Management. He has worked on both sides of the business, contractor and client. This unique understanding allows him to bring a fair and balanced approach. Wes has led multiple teams on multimillion dollar TAR’s, Capital Projects, and New Construction expansions throughout the US and South America.
